About SRCI
SRC International A/S is a Danish consulting firm, working for the energy sector. SRCI, founded in Copenhagen in 1990, provides economic, regulatory, and management consulting services to the energy sector. SRCI specialises in co-ordinating the interaction of professional, technological, and material resources to provide solutions to multi-faceted problems.Main area of focus
The work of SRCI includes strategy studies, national and regional energy planning tasks, energy audits, feasibility studies, and analysis of energy efficiency within all parts of the energy sector. SRCI main areas of focus are the power, natural gas, and district heating sectors, as well as renewable energy and energy conservation. We also provide training courses and arrange conferences.Activities
SRCI has been a leading company in the introduction of DSM and IRP in Europe since the early 1990’s and has provided DSM/IRP planning and training support in a large number of countries in Europe and elsewhere. Good evaluations form the basis for a continued improvement of the quality of the DSM activities and their cost-effectiveness. SRC International has a substantial expertise in evaluation theory and evaluation of local and national energy efficiency improvement efforts. SRCI has been engaged in the development of three guidebooks on evaluation.Furthermore, SRCI provides advice to energy companies on how to handle the challenges of restructuring and introduction of competition e.g., through development of new company strategies as well as new products and services.
